Hello. Has anyone encountered an issue with OD application using Avaya supplied RDM2 (Reusable Dialog Module) for prompting where the actual message is very long resulting in: HTTP Session lost?
This gets reported in Trace Log as:
Category: EP MRCP
Event name: PASR_00019
Event text: ASR server failed

Our prompt is 90 seconds long. I'm hoping this is just a timeout parameter that can be adjusted.
