Has anyone installed the Call Redirection Manager snap-in? I'm trying to user extension 2000, but I got an error in the log saying it doesn't find the extension. I can't find anywhere to associate the handle with the user.

Hello,

The current version of Call Redirection Manager finds an association between handle and user by using SMGR configured users. In SMGR -> User Management either:
  • add 2000 as the communication address for an existing user; or

  • create a new user with 2000 as the communication address.


  • Then, you can login with that user + password to CallRedirectionManager via https://<cluster-FQDN>/services/CallRedirectionManager/ This will create an entry for that user in the Breeze DB.
