Hi Dev Team,

SW versions:
AES -7.0

We are trying import the contacts from CM using SMS service. It is working fine with HTTP and we are facing problem when we use HTTPS.

We have followed the steps from Webservice programmer's guide(https://www.devconnectprogram.com/fileMedia/download/19130c47-7461-486a-9ee8-b1f96826e7d4) and steps followed are below.

Login to Application Enablement Services Management Console of AE Services server and perform the following steps.

1. Go to Security > Certificate Management > Server Certificates

2. Check if there is web (or server for next option) alias, if yes, then check the name of “Issued By”

3. Go to Security > Certificate Management > CA Trusted Certificates.

4. Select from Alias radio button where the name of “Issued To” matched with the name from step 2, and press Export button

5. Copy all of the text from Certificate PEM to new file (including -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- to -----END CERTIFICATE-----)

6. Create new file (dmccdev3.pem for this example) by pasting text from step 5

We have tried with all the Certificates in our lab But none of them worked out and we are getting SSL Handshake exception. For the reference I have attached the available certificate list to this post.

Could you please let us know what is the way of getting the valid certificate to work with SMS in HTTPS mode?

Regards,
Chandra

If you are using the default certs, they have expired and you will need to generate new certs. Please refer to the following PSN:

https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101014585

If you are still having issues after verifying your certs, then this issue is likely beyond what can be handled in the forum. If you are a paid member, you can open a technical support ticket for assistance.
