Hello.
I have a problem with the VPAppVarsService which gets the value of the configurable variables from the EPMS for the application. The EPMS has two IP addresses that work for voice and for data.
When the application tries to connect to the EPMS web service we get this error:

Here we see that the application is trying to connect to the IP X.X.1.X which is the voice IP address and it should connect to the IP X.X.3.X which is the data IP address where the web service is deployed. How can we change the application settings so that it points to the data IP address?

It is not known to me that the addresses are configurable, and it does not make sense to me about the voice and data IPs on EPM either. The vpapplogclient would know how to route the web service call automatically. Have you tried restarting EPM and making sure the web services are up? You would need to contact Avaya support for further analysis.
