Dear Team,

We are using the following environment:
AAEP 7.1
Tomcat 8 (Windows Application Server)
We have two application servers - IVR01 and IVR02 servers.

We have kept prompts (.wav) files in a particular folder of both application servers.

Whenever we update (replace) .wav files in both application servers, the IVR01 server takes the effect immediately and starts playing the new contents of the .wav file recently replaced.

However, IVR02 server keeps playing old contents of the .wav file. It takes 40-45 minutes to take effect and then starts playing the new contents of the .wav file.

Question:
Is there any configuration/setting in tomcat application servers that deals with playing .wav files via cache memory?
I have already checked the MPP settings - under Voice Browser settings - Maximum cache age section - Audio - 3600 (default) which applies to both application servers.
Is there any similar setting in Tomcat application servers?

Any inputs would be highly appreciable.

Thanks for your support.

Warm regards,

There is nothing that I know on the app server you need to set. It is puzzling how it behaves differently on 2 different app servers. The caching is totally controlled by the AVB.
