Dear Team,

We want to use AAEP as outbound call service as per the following steps..

1. AOD application collects speech input and saves it as voice recording to call.

2. Places outbound call to the number provided on voice recording.

3. If call answered, AOD to do warm transfer to another party.

4. IVR releases the call so both parties are talking and IVR outbound line is free.

We believe this is possible via using CCXML and VXML application. Please can you clarify this solution is achievable.

Also we would like to know how to trigger such application to run using AAEP and for the outbound call application to run either periodically, say every 5 mins, or to run based on change of data stored in the database.

I see one problem in this scenario. The OD apps can not collect input and record voice at the same time. In terms of triggering the app, EP offers a web service you can call using the LauchCCXML API. You should refer to EP documentation on using the API.
