Hi,I use the Client SDK development soft phone.
I'm going to send ReasonCode when I'm calling method EnterAuxwork.
I Use the method:
void EnterAuxwork(IReasonCode reasonCode);
But I don't know what the parameters are?

Hi lanpangzi,

I am not aware about "Client SDK development soft phone" package.
This particular forum related to Breeze Client SDK.
Breeze Client SDK itself doesn't support CCE Agent features.

Based on the context of your message I suppose you are talking about IC Client SDK.
Please try "Avaya Aura® Contact Center APIs" forum. Most likely that is the place where you can find answer on your question.
