Hi Friends,

I'm finding a way with Avaya Aura Communication Manager to count the off-hook time (aka ring time) and off-hook rate (aka unanswered call rates) for internal calls.

I will let others respond if they know of a mechanism to provide application sequencing for internal station calls to be able to count these events from a breeze application.

This task is better suited for CTI than for sequencing. If you'd prefer a REST API as opposed to the .NET/Java/XML options presented by DMCC, you could look into using the Engagement Call Control Breeze snap-in.

Hi Joel,

I saw the Engagement Call Control Breeze snap-in which only subscribe one extension , not sure it can subscribe all extensions ?

Any CTI solution will unfortunately require you to subscribe to extensions one by one.
