We're installing the Web Chat on a webserver that's separate from our public website. How can I set up a SOAP request using JavaScript on our website so it can check if the skillset is in service? I haven't found anything on DevConnect that might help. I want the site to open the webchat window or the e-mail window depending on the status of the skillset.
