I would like to know what Communication Manager 7.0.1 SP 3 Feature buttons are supported for Equinox for iOS and Windows release 3.3. I have a customer who is complaining that they programmed feature buttons on their station and not all buttons are showing up on their Equinox client. <br> Craig Cochran from Avaya has advised us that only certain feature buttons are supported in Equinox, he sent me the following link, https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?page=content&id=ADMN114419&group=UG_INTERNAL , which he mentioned the Overview and Specification Guide lists on page 19 the supported CM features. <br> I shared this with our customer and they were asking if that’s all that equinox supports as there are more feature buttons which they can program in a hard phone in CM. Is there any sort of definitive list that states which feature buttons are supported in the Equinox client?

There is no document which lists all supported feature buttons in 3.3 clients.
But from CSDK code I see the following list:

Any updated posts with IX Workplace 3.8 and features available? I am having trouble with the incoming features displaying.

Please check with 3.8 Release and update which call features seem to be not working for you.

Hi Pallavi, the two features I am having issues with is SendAllCalls & EC500 I have also noticed that I have to set my AAR table to levl0 or unku for the call type for the features to appear. I then have issues where I can enable the SendAllCalls & EC500 but cannot disable ends up active. I am able to use FAC to disable SendAllCalls but for EC500 I am not able to usually with an error 403 Forbidden.

Any help would be appreciated. Running AADS for dynamic config, IX Workplace 3.8 SM 8 / CM 8

ForwardAllCalls and Extend Call works great along with AutoDials.

Hi

Can you please provide the following info ?


1) can you please check if SendAllCalls & EC500 buttons are seen on your CM station form i.e. synch between CM and SMGR is done?

2) can you please set log level to debug and capture logs right from the time your App is registered and you are activating feature buttons ?

3) can you please provide list trace station trace on CM when you deactivate SAC and EC500 ?
