Hello All,

We are trying to monitor the following events:
* Agent telephone ring
* Agent answer call
* Agent end call
* Call end (this occurs if the caller hangs up before the Agent has answered)

Currently we are monitoring a CTI agent who has all other Agents assigned to it. This isn't ideal as it means we need 2 CTI licences per agent (one for the monitoring and one for the agent to actually use).

Is there a way of building a plugin for AAAD to register these events? Events are registered in our DB through web service calls.

Ideally I would like to monitor these from the server rather than the client.

Is either of these options possible? or do you have any recommendations as to where I can look for further information?
