Hi,

Our customer is using PMS link between our CM and their FCS CRM. The question is, for the information pushed to CM with PMS link, is it possible we can get them with JTAPI?

Any detailed doc we we refer to?

I do not know of any TSAPI/JTAPI messages that include that type of information.
