Hi,
we are stuck in an issue,so have certain queries.
There is a scenario wherein call is landing to the hardphone and getting disconnected in 2-3 seconds which we are referring as Short Call.
So the query is who disconnects this call ,suppose the customer and agent has not disconnected so what can be the reason of this disconnect.
The problem statement is whenever such short calls is recevied,the subsequent call is getting affected.
Because the UUI information captured for the short call is not cleared by the CTI.
The logic in the CTI is such that either softphone should recieve a ThirdPartyDrop event or WorkNotReady of 10 sec to clear the UUI inforamtion.
In this case CTI is not getting any such events.Calls gets disconnected with NULL event and on the very same second the second call pops in.
So is there any way wherein if a shot call comes in then also AES can trigger WORK NOT READY once the short call gets disconnected
Or can suggest a way in which from CTI end we can identify the short call .
