Hi

We are using upgraded pom Proactive Outreach Manager 3.1, want to use Schedule Call Back service with Agent.

I tried to use the same service, service returns good response, also i can see call back status into the report as 'Completed', but not able to connect with the Agent.

Can any one help for the same ?
