Hello, I'm just got to know this Avaya platform recently. Is there any huge thread that has a completed guide on how to use this. Because I figure Avaya could be a great help to my project.

Hi Barry, the Overview document has a list of different snap-in types as well as a list of the sample applications available in our SDK. This would be a good place to get an idea of what you can do with the platform.
