Hello

I am sorry if this is not the right forum to write about this topic.

I want to get the agent ID logged in, on a device, if i have the DeviceID and also agent's extension which i get from GetAgentLogin.
Is this possible?

If you have the DeviceID if the station you can do one or both of:

o GetPhysicalDeviceInformation to get the Agent ID logged in at this station, if there is one.
o GetAgentState to get the state of the agent logged in at the station

I tried GetPhysicalDeviceInformation, but it gves me the number "4" which is not the agent logged in on this phone.
How could this be?

Is the 4 is what your code shows, or what a XML trace from the DMCC Dashboard shows? Try the DMCC Dashboard first and confirm exactly what the exchange looks like.
