Hi, experts.

Is it possible to use JTAPI to monitor Station status change.

The use case is, the customer CM is configured with PMS interface, when guest check out, i want to notify someone.

So once customer check out the status of the station will change. Is it possible to use JTAPI to monitor the station status change?

TSAPI & JTAPI do not hold any PMS customer information and I do not think any events are generated when the PMS status changes.
