Not sure if this is the correct forum but I will give it a shot.
Is there a way to import or create group contacts into OXA ? I was attempting to create a group speed dial list but the Group speed dial does not appear as one of the favorites or button on the keypad. Note : We are not using hardphones only softphones.

Each area within the call centre has different contact list that they use.

Is there an easy solution for this ?
