Subject: Process to upgrade AES from 6.3.0 to 6.3.3.9 with System Platform

Upgrade of AES - We have 3 turnkey AES’ – Stand-alone servers that are on S8800 servers. We are at 6.3.0 and have to go to 6.3.3.9. We have to reimage the servers and put System Platform on them and then AES. Does someone have a process to do so?

If you procured your AE Services from Devconnect then I suggest you open a technical support ticket. If they are in production, I suggest you contact your business partner or Avaya Client Services.
