After upgrading our AES from version 7.1.1 to 7.1.3 ACDGroup is not set anymore in the DeliveredEvent.

Does anyone have the same issue or a solution for this problem?

I am running 7.1.3 and I cannot reproduce the issue. If you have DevConnect support hours available to you, you can enter a DevConnect technical support ticket for further assistance.

What version of the SDK are you using? Which type - .Net, Java or XML?

We have tried both 7.0.0.38 and 7.1.1.54 of the .NET DMCC API.

Backwards compatibility between AE Services and the SDKs was broken in 7.1.1. Most problems have been fixed since then but it looks like ACDGroup was missed.

To workaround this problem, you will need to use SDK version 7.1.1 or later and the application should request DMCC protocol Version 7.1.1 or later when opening the connection to AE Services.

I seem to have the same problem and am using the XML SDK. What protocol version would I set for 7.1.1? I've only seen http://www.ecma-international.org/standards/ecma-323/csta/ed3/privA which is for 7.0. Is there anything else I'd need to do?

Make sure you have version 7.1.1 of the SDK. The protocol version for 7.1.1 is http://www.ecma-international.org/standards/ecma-323/csta/ed3/privB
