We are having a solution of AACC7.0 with AES having two Verint Impact 360 voice recording together.
It is active recording. Two Verint Impact 360 linked with two AES MR DMCC and TSAPI to get the call voice stream and AES info.
For AACC, two Verint connect to CCT to get the agent CTI when agent login to agent desktop (for skillset name and agent name)

We want to confirm that AACC is able to have 2 Impact 360 connect to AACC CCT together using the single CCT account configured.
We have tested several extensions and it is okay. But we want to confirm it from Avaya support so we can go live with hundreds of extension together.
But Avaya Support say can't official confirm me about that with third party software. He told us to ask in this forum to seek Devconnect team confirmation. Can anyone help?
