I have question regardingintegration: We know that application developed with Avaya Orchestration Designer could deployed to WebSphere application server, which could integrate with Avaya Aura® Experience Portal, Avaya Interactive Response (IR), Media Processing Server (MPS).

question: Does AVAYA has any agreement with Genesys so that, install Avaya application on WebSphere, which could integrate it with Genesys Voice Portal , instead of, Avaya experience portal ?

Does your means you do not answer this kind of question or you means Avaya OD deployed to WebSphere could not integrate with Genesys platform ?

If Avaya WebSphere could not integrate with Genesys platform, I will not think about this problem.

First, there is no such thing as "Avaya Websphere". We support OD application running on IBM Websphere. OD application running on Websphere only works with Avaya Enterprise Portal not Genesys Voice Portal.
