Hi

I've been looking at the avaya documentation and although comprehensive I am struggling to confirm whether the following api calls are possible. If anyone can assist then much appreciated.

Requirement one:-

Within avaya when a customer gets passed through to the call centre is it possible to trigger a predetermined url suffixed with callers phone number? eg https://customer.com/build/custom.html?app=phone&search=07467916050

Requirement Two:-

When the call is in place is there a simple api call i can make to STOP recording of the conversation, then another to recommence it? The customer wants to ensure when taking credit card payments over the phone this section isn't recorded.


I've worked with lots of other telephony providers all which cater for the above so am assuming Avaya is no different?
