Hi

we custom donotcall snap-in, it have issue that all call pass without block when donotcall snap-in down.
How to handle call when donotcall snap-in down?
Can we block all the call in case donotcall snap-in down?

Do we have to setup on SM or SMGR?

Please advice.

Hi Chukiat,

Thank you for the question.
Could you please elaborate what is "donotcall snap-in".
It doesn't look familiar to me from ClientSDK perspective.

I also don't know which platform/language you use in development.
