I can't contact the snapin store support or place an inquiry. I only see an option to request more info? how can i download the free snapins?

Hi, is there a particular snap-in you're interested in? The Zang SMS snap-in is now included as the default SMS provider in System Manager. These other snap-ins are available from our Emerging Products and Technology team. You can make a request for them here: http://www.avaya.com/proservicesnow.
