We are upgrading our AES from 6.3.0.0.212 to 6.3.3.0.10-1 using the Feature pack. It fails performing the database back-up. How can it be resolved?

If you purchased your AE Services from Devconnect, you should open Devconnect ticket and one of my colleagues will try to help you. Otherwise, you should ask your Business Partner or Avaya Client Services for help.
