Can someone let me know from where I could locate the WebLM CA certificate?

Is this a stand-alone WebLM or System Manager? Have you installed a certificate on it or are you relying on the default certificate?

When the phones boots up, I see the WebLM Licensing screen flash by for about a second, and then it disappears. I'm getting VPN License errors on the phones, and nothing is showing in the WebLM screens.

If your problem is in a lab, using equipment procured from Devconnect, then please open a technical support ticket so one of my colleagues can try to help you. If the problem is in a production environment, you should contact your business partner or Avaya Client Services.
