Dear support team,

I hope I'm right for my question in this forum because I have not found any post about this.

We use the Avaya Aura Messaging Service with the Voice2Mail function that is sending a mail with the voice message (.wav) to our users. So we ask our supplier and service partner if it is possible to change the mail template to make it simple to read for our users.

The answer of our supplier was “No” but I can’t believe that. Can you tell me definitively, that they can’t change a simple template? It is possible to change the subject of the mail but not the text in the mail.

Can you give me an answer for this?

Thank’s a lot!

Hello Mr. Steck-James,

Thank you for your answer, but this is not the solution I was looking for.
I want to change the content of the mail which is send to our users.

The question is, if this is possible or not and if yes, how to manage that?

Hello again,

I have read the text before a second time.

What I'm looking for is in the second passage.
Change the "message body" - but what is a GRIP enhancement request and where to do it?

We don't have a forum for Avaya Aura Messaging. Please open a DevConnect ticket to get further assistance.

To raise a GRIP request you must have a login to http://www.avaya.com/support. The GRIP website is here

I'm not a partner, I'm a consumer. So I have no paid account for a GRIP request.

So really nobody can help me in this forum?
