Hello,
What could be the reason for the following exception: ch.ecma.csta.errors.SubscribedResourceAvailabilityException ?
The exception is thrown when SLH (selective listening hold) is applied on the virtual extension which is added into the conference (SSC) with recorded extension. SSC proceeded normally.

SubscribedResourceAvailability generally means that you are missing a required license. In this case, SLH requires an Advanced TSAPI license. These come in 3 different types (Large, Medium and Small). The one required depends on the sizer of the Communication Manager.

Make sure you have the correct Advanced license.
