from Avaya orchestration designer(AAOD) application, i want to know if an agent is logged in or not using agent id.
how to integrate AAOD with AES API?
is there any Webservices from AES to integrate with AAOD?

the purpose is to transfer the call to the particular agent (using agent id) , before transferring the call, need to check if the agent is logged in to acd or not.

Please help on this,

There is a thing called aesconnector which, I have been told, comes with AAOD. This provides some level of integration with the JTAPI API on AE Services so it may be suitable for you. You may be able to get more information in the Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer forum.
