software: AVAYA CRM connector 2.1.0.1

Please advice if anyone has come across below error in CRM connector 2.1.0.1

"Fail fast is set and there was an error reading configuration from consul"

the CRM connector is available from Avaya Professional Services. If there is a problem with it I suggest you contact the team that it was purchased from (Avaya Sales, Business Partner) and ask what the support channel for the CRM connector is.
