Hi Team,

we are trying to implement ACD hunt group monitor to check the status of the agent using this listener class "ACDAddressListenerAdapter" but the same is working fine for acdAddressLoggedOn & acdAddressLoggedOff & ready and not ready during login and after that if the agent goes to ready or not ready or aux what ever the state no other events are received. can you please confirm we will receive all the events for this so that we want to monitor the aux reason code of the agent.

If monitoring the hunt group you will only get the loggedon and loggedoff events. All other Agent State events don't come in unsolicited, you have to poll for them.
