Dear, team.
We have a customer in Korea who want to develop OCX type agent soft phone for Oceana.
Because Breeze Customer Interaction Services package SDK is JavaScript based only, they wan to know whether DevConnect team can help them.
This customer want to develop themselves OCX based agent soft phone which can communicate with Oceana UAC snap-in directly.

The requested help is
- What is the best way to develop OCX agent soft phone by wrapping JS API?
- Can DevConnect provide Oceana UAC API information/documents?
- Test and confirm whether developed OCX agent soft phone can communicate correctly with Oceana UAC

This customer does not have DevConnect support agreement now.
So, before they get in agreement, they want to know whether DevConnect team can help them.
