Is there a guide on how to create a brand new Android Studio project that brings in the Avaya Client SDK? Specifically, I want to use the Presence APIs, but can't figure out how add the SDK into Android Studio. I tried to import the Sample project from the 4.0.0.0 to see if that could help, but I get this from Android Studio:

Error:Unsupported method: BaseConfig.getApplicationIdSuffix().
The version of Gradle you connect to does not support that method.
To resolve the problem you can change/upgrade the target version of Gradle you connect to.
Alternatively, you can ignore this exception and read other information from the model.

So, is there a step by step guide that does not use the sample phone app? I want to start from scratch.

Is there no guide as to how to build a Vantage development environment for Android Studio? I am trying to sell Vantage phones to our customers, but I can't do that if I can't write my demo apps.
