Hello Forum users,

I am in the process of rolling out an Aura 7/8 system using CM and AACC. We are going to test our application which is currently working via the advanced screenpop in CCMM. The question is when we have remote agents that work at home are we going to have issues with the following:



1) What are the expected delays in getting a AAAD screenpop and the timing of delivering the RTP,
if they have a home internet connection and can they be mitigated?
2) If we end up using VDI for AAAD, how do you get the RTP to pass through to a home agent that
has a USB headset? Are there any special settings and will this be an issue with delays between
a screenpop and audio?
3) Can an at home agent use either a softphone or a hard phone or are they limited based on
using a AAAD client on their PC or thin client vs. using VDI?
