We have 2 EPMs and I have no problem opening Campaign Strategies on one, but they don't open on the other. I'm in the same browser with separate tabs so I suspect it's an EPM issue, not a browser issue. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks.

Hello,

Could you please elaborate more about this issue?

What does it mean by Strategy won't open? -- does it mean when you try to click on one of the strategy to view/edit, we see a new window popped up to open the strategy; however, we see some corrupt messages?

Do you have a screenshot of what you see upon clicking the Strategy?

Hi Jaydeep. The popup wouldn't open at all- not even error messages. With some Avaya help, though, it was discovered that pop ups were disabled for that EPM. Once I enabled them, it worked as expected!

OK thanks for your response and sharing knowledge.

I too was facing similar issue; although my issue was different; it was related to proxy settings.
