I've written a JTAPI application, one feature of which is to monitor for the registration events on terminals.
I'm receiving the events for H.323 devices, so I'm pretty certain the pre-requisites for ASAI, Communication Manager, JTAPI are all met.

However, when logging in using One-X Communicator and a SIP extension - no events are received.
I can see that SessionManager is properly aware of the User Registration status - is there anything I might have missed in ensuring that CM and JTAPI are equally aware of the registration state?

Make sure the entity link between Session Manager and Communication Manager is using TLS and not TCP. Also make sure the station is configured with "Type of 3PCC Enabled : Avaya".
