Hello,

Would it be correct to state that taking CTI control of a SIP (or H.323) Phone would only be possible with the Breeze Client SDK if you also use the Oceana extensions?

It looks like the CommunicationPackage immediately ties in the WebRTC based voice handling and therefore 3rd Party CC is not in the Cards. Or am I missing something?

Kind regards, Koen

The Breeze Client SDK for Windows and MacOS supports Shared control / Phone mode. This allows allows an application created on these platforms to control a SIP endpoint which support AST2 (96x1 and J series phones).

Today client created against Oceana can control remote end points using CTI

We have in the backlog requirements to allow applications to use AES based CTI to control a Application such as the Equinox Client.
