There is an idea to do something like visual IVR for simultaneous work with voice IVR.
I saw similar solution from Genesys.
It means during voice call IVR can send to mobile phone an URL to Visual IVR page and voice IVR can change pages of Visual IVR.
I mean during call to voice IVR system (for example) it asks me "Would you like to look on faceplate of our new credit card?".
I answer "Yes" and page on my mobile phone is automatically replaced to picture of credit card.

So the problem which I see is function "Push" of page in WebMobile application.
I understand from docs I can change pages in web mobile application by "Next/Back" press only.

My question is " Is there way to change screens (nodes) in WebMobile OD application by external system?

There is no such mechanism out of box. You could implement something as a custom solution. You way you can do it is trying to synchronize 2 different apps - one voice, the other html5 - via some monitoring process which both apps can access.
