Hi,

We are using JTAPI Application at our customer site. Whenever an agent is putting call on hold, it triggers a disconnect event and when resumes the call is again established. So we tried to trace the hold events which are getting Triggered. Unfortunately we didn't found any such events. Please suggest.
Have attached logs. Kindly refer.
