Hi,

I have a setup where a hunt group has assigned stations to it, now I would like to know, is it possible to check if a hunt group is busy before I route calls to it? Can the busy status be checked through a vector?

Below I have a trace on the hunt group, it is shown as busy until a station becomes available.

I have tried to create a coverage path for this hunt group but it just will not work, my coverage paths for other hunt groups and stations work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
