Is there a way of force a specific video codec usage using Breeze Client SDK for Android?
What are the supported videos codecs?

Sorry for late response.

CSDK (and media library particulary) supports following codecs:
H263
H264 base profile
H264 High profile - enabled by default
H264 TSVC - enables automatically for Scopia conference calls
H264 SVC - enables automatically for MSS video conference calls

From API description for Android user is able to configure (enable/disable) H264 High profile codec:
