The membership review has been completed and after we signed up via
Avaya Collaboratory lab order with (Subscription id: 3292).

We did get a welcome email that AvayaLab115 is available for your use for 60 day(s), until Sunday, January 6, 2019.
We are able to login to Avaya Collaboratory the url provided.

We are able to download the following items
b) Collaboratory Service Description
Xls sheet sheet with information on accounts available
c) Collaboratory Enhanced Developer Support Offer Definition
vpn ovpn file downloaded

however unable to reach the following area.

i.e. Collaboratory User Documentation

We get the following error;
"dev115.collaboratory.avaya.com’s server IP address could not be found."

Following are the questions:
1) Are we missing something basic here ?

2) Do we need use a vpn client to get to this lab ?

3) If vpn client is necessary then will any vpn client work ?

I tried the https://dev115.collaboratory.avaya.com/ page for a different lab and it popped right up, so my impression is that a http server in your lab is not functioning.

I went ahead and pinged the support group (friends of mine), they fixed some file corruption and it appears that the documentation server is now operational. Please try accessing it again.
