Hi all,

We have been experimenting with trying to use our user to user info. We have set up a test where we:

Create a call with JTAPI passing UUI

Read the UUI from the vector

Update the UUI from the vector

Perform an adjunct route

Read and update the UUI from the route handler software

With the above we are finding that the UUI is not visible to the vector and likewise the update that the vector performs to the UUI is not visible to our JTAPI application when the adjunct routing takes place.

As an additional piece of interest - when we use separate JTAPI applications between making the call and handling the adjunct route they do not share the UUI either (ie we create the UUI in our first application, when the adjunct route runs in our second application and we do a call.getUserToUserInfo() it returns null).

Not sure where to even start looking with this one to see why this might be happening - have held off posting code snippets but if they would be useful that can be arranged. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
