I created a simple workflow in Engagement Designer and when I create instance ... an error occurs as below:

EngagementDesigner ERROR - EngagementDesigner-3.4.0.1.00030 - Error while executing instance for id: 11 java.lang.RuntimeException: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "bpminstance_timers" does not exist
Position: 13

Does anyone know how to correct this error?

Did you migrate to 3.4.0.1 from 3.4 on this lab? Can you please give a background on it?
Also, can you please uninstall Engagement Designer and reinstall it, and check if the problem goes away? Thanks!

I un-installed and then re-installed Engagement Designer and that has fixed the issue. My workflow has now created an instance.
