All,
We got the feedback from AVAYA SE that extensions logged in via the Webgateway can not be monitored by AES and as such AVAYA WFO can not perform call recording for these extensions.

Can you please confirm this?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

If end point logs-in AAWG, only outgoing calls to conference's virtual rooms will be supported. For Conference 9 recording works.

This forum is related with ClientSDK. So unfortunaly we can't answer questions related with WFO and other ContactCenter solutions.
