Hello, DevConnect team.
A company wants to use Breeze Client SDK for their custom agent application development.
The scenario is
- A customer call is routed to an agent
- During the call, TPIN authorization is needed
- Agent connects IVR to get TPIN authorization
- after authorization completion, IVR is disconnected
- Agent and customer call is resumed and agent can get the result of TPIN authorization

Can this company develop following features with the Breeze Client SDK?
- button for IVR connection for TPIN Authorization
- TPIN authorization result provisioning to the Agent

Thank you.

Best regards,
Chris Kim

Hi Chris, thanks for your question. Can you explain the desired call flow in more details?

1. How is your TPIN authentication supposed to work?
2. What is the component hosting the IVR?
3. Are you interested in JavaScript or Native Breeze Client SDK?

With Client SDK you can make multiple calls as well as place them on hold and resume.

Hello, Artem.Tsarev.
Thank you for your help!
1. How is your TPIN authentication supposed to work?
'T-PIN' scenarios known as 'PIN Validation':
Customer calls in -> the call is routed to an Oceana agent.
Agent makes a conference call to do TPIN by making conference with AAEP
After customer inputs digits, AAEP will return the result to Agent Softphone and the call at AAEP is disconnected.

2. What is the component hosting the IVR?
It is Avaya Aura Experience Portal

3. Are you interested in JavaScript or Native Breeze Client SDK?
It is JavaScript Customer Engagement Package

Best regards,
Chris Kim.
