Hi!

I have a JTAPI application that exposes Agents Control by web services (like login, logout, change state, etc). We have been working fine with digital phones at three diferents locations until now.

Recently one of the three call center changes their phones from digitals to IP hardphone and we have started to experiment problems because they can't log in through our JTAPI app, but they can directly with the IP Phone.

In our application we receive this exception:

com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: There is already an Agent logged on at the station

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you need to log out whatever agent is logged into the station before trying with your application. I would also try querying the agent state and using the station number so that you can verify there is not someone logged in already before trying with your application. If there is definitely no one logged on and you are still experiencing problems I would have your customer open a ticket with Avaya Client Services as they are the ones that handle field site issues.
