I am not sure that I am asking at the right place, but maybe somebody knows

One of our current customers have 5 AES servers and we have some problem, only 4 of them can simultaneously monitor the extension.

More than 2 weeks I can't get the answer from ATAC about the number of AES Servers (TSAPI) that can simultaneously monitor the extension.

Help me please.
