Hi,

I am using Avaya Aura® Session Manager Element Manager Web Service. I want o know status of each SIP entity. I am getting folowing result after executing an entity web service, while the entity is down.

This forum is for Application Enablement Services Web services interface related questions/discussions. Support for System Management's web services is provided through support tickets to members with Support entitlements (support enabled, test enabled, and technical partner level members) who associate with a company (@gmail.com email address is not company associating).

If you would renter your request through a technical support request and use a login that is related to a company meeting the support entitlements mentioned above, an engineer can investigate and respond to your query which I believe boils down to "is status information for entity links provided through the web service, or does the web service just support the provisioning of the entity links?"
